Reconcile (real Cashbook page) + the fixed-asset additions. This screen matches the existing reconcile page (header card, To Reconcile/Reconciled tabs, transaction rows, the Create panel with account/description/tax/partial-business-claim/attachments/save-as-rule and the black Reconcile button). The ONLY new things: the nudge under the account select when a fixed-asset account is chosen, the post-reconcile Register / Dispose modals, and the Reconciled-tab asset row states (registered link / draft prompt).
Non-GST cashbook: the depreciable cost is the full amount including GST (no GST to claim back). The GST-registered version is reconcile.html.
