Fixed assets settings. Org-wide defaults only: asset-number prefix, depreciation start date, default gain/loss-on-disposal account, and whether accumulated depreciation is one shared account or per-asset. No asset types, no low-value threshold, and no Xero/LedgerVault import (all removed 2026-06-10). Automatic monthly depreciation is a Cashbook-level toggle on the Fixed Assets page (default off).
